• Sign up family and friends of NADF and list the amounts they pledge on the Sponsor form
• Suggested "Dusty Bucks": $140.60 ($1 for every Vineman mile) $100 $50 $20
• Make checks payable to "NADF"

• Dusty will send you a receipt for tax purposes

As a thank you for your contribution, your name (or anonymous) will appear in the winter NADF newsletter, on the NADF website and on Dusty's website in the results box for Dusty at the Vineman 2007.

With a rare disease like Addison's, people can die before diagnosis, yet once treatment begins, most patients have a normal life expectancy. NADF is the only organization that educates the medical community about this disease and offers support and information to patients and their families.
