About 8,800 Americans suffer from Addison’s Disease, a life-threatening but treatable illness caused by insufficient adrenal gland hormone production. Early diagnosis and treatment of Addison’s Disease can make the difference between life and death, yet the medical community is woefully unaware of the symptoms and treatment of this rare illness.
